Two-Party Intimidation

A must deliver an unlawful threat to B;

Intending to cause harm to B;

A's threat must cause B's subsequent conduct; and
-
Result in harm to B.
Three-Party Intimidation
-
A must deliver an unlawful threat to B;
-
Intending to cause harm to C;
-
A's threat must cause B's subsequent conduct; and
-
Result in harm to C.
